By accessing our website, contacting us, or placing an order, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions.

We provide services including, but not limited to:

• Digital printing and document printing
• Large format and signage printing
• Design and artwork services
• Custom, personalised, and same-day printing
• Third-party fulfilment and courier delivery (where applicable)

All services are subject to availability and acceptance.

3. Orders & Acceptance

• All orders are subject to acceptance by us.
• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.
• An order becomes binding only once payment has been received and confirmed.
• Verbal, written, online, WhatsApp, email, or implied acceptance constitutes agreement to these Terms.

4. Artwork, Files & Proof Approval

• The customer is solely responsible for the accuracy of all supplied artwork, files, text, colours, dimensions, and layouts.
• Proofs may be provided where applicable; approval confirms acceptance of the final design.
• We are not liable for errors, omissions, or defects approved by the customer.
• Minor colour variation is inherent in printing and is not considered a defect.

5. Intellectual Property & Copyright

• The customer confirms they own or have permission to use all supplied content.
• We accept no liability for copyright, trademark, or intellectual property infringement arising from customer-supplied materials.
• We reserve the right to refuse content that is unlawful, offensive, defamatory, or infringes third-party rights.

6. Pricing & Payment

• All prices are in GBP (£) and may be subject to VAT where applicable.
• Full payment is required before production begins unless agreed in writing.
• Prices may change without prior notice.
• Failure to make payment may result in order cancellation or delay.

7. Turnaround Times

All turnaround times are estimates only. Same-day or urgent services are subject to workload, approval times, and material availability. We are not responsible for delays caused by customer approval delays, third parties, or events beyond our control.

8. Delivery & Collection

• Risk passes to the customer upon collection or dispatch.
• We are not responsible for courier delays, damage, or loss once items leave our premises.
• Goods must be inspected immediately upon receipt.

9. Refunds, Returns & Cancellations

• All custom, personalised, and made-to-order items are non-refundable once production has commenced.
• No refunds are issued for customer-approved artwork errors.
• Refunds or reprints are considered only for manufacturing defects.
• Claims must be reported within 48 hours of receipt with clear photographic evidence.

10. Chargebacks, Disputes & Payment Reversals

By placing an order with Express Print Studio, you agree not to initiate a chargeback, payment dispute, or reversal through your bank or payment provider without first contacting us to attempt resolution.

Unauthorised Chargebacks

Chargebacks raised without valid grounds, including dissatisfaction with approved artwork, colour variation, turnaround time, or change of mind, constitute a breach of these Terms.

Custom & Personalised Orders

All custom, personalised, or made-to-order products are produced specifically for the customer and are non-refundable once production has commenced. Any chargebacks raised for such orders will be formally disputed in full.

Evidence & Defence

In the event of a chargeback or dispute, we reserve the right to submit evidence including but not limited to:

• Order confirmations and invoices
• Artwork approvals and communication records
• Production logs and timestamps
• Delivery or collection confirmation
• Photographic evidence of completed work

Dispute Fees & Recovery

Where a chargeback or dispute is raised unfairly, fraudulently, or in bad faith, we reserve the right to recover dispute fees, administrative costs, and losses incurred.

Service Suspension

We reserve the right to suspend or refuse future services to customers who initiate chargebacks or disputes in bad faith.

11. Limitation of Liability

• We shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses.
• Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the relevant order.
• Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

12. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold Express Print Studio harmless from any claims, losses, damages, legal costs, or expenses arising from customer-supplied content, breach of these Terms, or intellectual property infringement.

13. Force Majeure

We shall not be liable for delays or failure caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including equipment failure, power outages, supplier delays, strikes, or natural events.

14. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
